exclusive safaris in zambia...

Zambia is real Africa... with all the charm, beauty and occasional challenges that this entails! For a long time it has been in the shadow of Botswana and other African safari destinations, but it is now emerging strongly.

From the thundering cascades of Victoria Falls, to the untouched bush of the South Luangwa and the little-explored Bangweulu Swamps to the wild Lower Zambezi... Zambia is a tribute to the awe-inspiring diversity of the natural world - and a wildlife lover’s dream!

more about exclusive safaris in zambia...

Zambia, and in particular the South Luangwa National Park, remains one of the finest places in Africa for walking safaris. Zambia is therefore a more down-to-earth destination, since the Bushcamps for the walking safaris are generally small and intimate - yet always very comfortable!

The prolific game and unrivalled expertise of the local guides mean that sightings of leopard, elephant, hippo, lion and wild dog are not just rare experiences, but commonplace.

Rated by some as one of the greatest wildlife sanctuaries in the world, South Luangwa is one of Zambia's main drawcards. This 9,050-sq km park is centered around the Luangwa River and is home to one of Africa's largest concentrations of wildlife. Thanks to its inaccessible location, South Luangwa manages to combine an immense density of wildlife with a limited number of visitors, and it's also one of the few national parks that allow night safaris.

However, be warned... visitor numbers are increasing steadily, and the best time to visit is right now - before it becomes the next Kruger or Serengeti!
